Bookkeeper

• You are independently responsible for our accounting processes.
• You maintain an overview of incoming and outgoing invoices, incoming payments, open items and supporting documents.
• You are responsible for maintaining and organizing finance- and customer-related data (e.g. in HubSpot, Pleo).
• You manage the finance inbox and handle customer queries related to billing processes.
• You review and, where appropriate, optimize the use of our existing tools such as Pleo and HubSpot, especially along the process from quote to invoice.
• You keep an eye on potential overlaps within our tool landscape and ensure efficient, lean workflows in the finance area.
