Own the full lifecycle of product development from ideation through launch.
Build and manage detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams and global vendors.
Partner with executive leadership on portfolio prioritization and launch sequencing.
Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive threats across beauty and fragrance categories.
Translate insights into actionable product strategies and forecasting assumptions.
Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for product concepts.
Manage sample reviews, feedback cycles, and executive reporting.
Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

5-7+ years in product development, project management, sourcing, or innovation in beauty, fragrance, or CPG.
Proven success leading cross-functional development initiatives.
Strong market analysis and competitive research experience.
Trade show sourcing and vendor development background.
Solid understanding of COGS modeling and supplier negotiation.
Bachelor's Degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related).
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
