About the role
- Lead the recruitment process for key operational positions.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to final offer.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring for maintenance, construction, logistics, or similar operational roles.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS system Greenhouse required, and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
