Program Manager

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans aligned with project scope and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local, global standards and other applicable regional safety regulations.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and job safety analyses (JSAs) for project activities.
• Lead daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and weekly safety meetings with project teams and subcontractors.
• Perform site safety inspections and audits, documenting findings and driving corrective actions.
• Manage incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective/preventive measures.
• Support contractor/vendor safety qualification and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate safety records, metrics, and reporting to project and client leadership.
• Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and training activities.
• Promote a “zero-injury” culture, actively engaging with the workforce to reinforce safe behaviours.

Safety Program Manager

• Lead and implement all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across assigned projects in KSA
• Ensure compliance with local, state/provincial, and federal regulations as well as company and client standards
• Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives to establish a proactive safety culture throughout the project lifecycle

Project Manager

• The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage the project plan, including resource allocation and scheduling.
• Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to oversee project budgets and manage change orders as needed.
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and reporting.
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious environment, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
• Apply project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PPM) to ensure that projects are executed to global standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that communications and project outcomes positively reflect the PAC Group brand.
• Effectively manage project risks and issues, providing timely solutions and escalating as necessary.
• Ensure all team members comply with safety policies and receive necessary training before project commencement.

Robotics

• Deliver new hire training for key functions of the business
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to all levels of personnel
• Develop learning materials including manuals, tutorials, SOPs, playbooks, assessments and interactive e-learning content
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions for internal teams, clients, or third-party vendors
• Tailor training delivery based on audience roles
• Assess training needs through job analysis and regular consultation with stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust programs as needed
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance training effectiveness
• Provide post-training support and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for technical questions
• Keep stakeholders and leadership informed about training initiatives and progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like robotic deployment, program management, inventory management and human resources
• Travel to customer sites across the United States as primary ILT location (up to 75% travel)
• Report to Sr. Manager ePAC L&D

Robotics Technical Trainer

• Travel to client locations to install, test, and deploy robotic systems.
• Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, and integration of robotic components.
• Configure software and hardware settings to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Train end-users and client staff on system operation and basic maintenance.
• Document installation procedures, configurations, and client feedback.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across the US (potential Canada and Mexico)
