• Create and optimize product pages/listings
• Improve e-commerce site navigation (filters, menus, banners)
• Manage inventory
• Implement promotions, cross-selling and up-selling
• Write briefs for newsletters and CRM
• Track performance using KPIs
• Prepare reports and contribute to analyses and recommendations
• Collaborate with web design, CRM, Traffic and IT teams
• Monitor competitors and propose improvements
