Key responsibilities & impact

Assist a team of two e-merchandisers in developing International E-Business activity according to the promotional calendar
Create and optimize product pages/listings
Improve e-commerce site navigation (filters, menus, banners)
Manage inventory
Implement promotions, cross-selling and up-selling
Write briefs for newsletters and CRM
Track performance using KPIs
Prepare reports and contribute to analyses and recommendations
Collaborate with web design, CRM, Traffic and IT teams
Monitor competitors and propose improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a program in digital marketing, e-business or equivalent
Previous successful experience in an agency or in-house in a similar role
Passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing
Familiar with key e-commerce KPIs
Proficient in Excel and Google Analytics
Good interpersonal and writing skills
Demonstrates attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactivity and responsiveness
Enjoy working on diverse projects in a collaborative environment
Bonus: knowledge of Shopify
