Procurement

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, covering the Purchasing, Sourcing and Supplier Portal modules (formerly iSupplier), from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization;
• Facilitate discovery workshops with Purchasing, Procurement and Supply Chain teams, translating business needs into native Cloud functional solutions;
• Configure and parameterize via the Setup and Maintenance work area: Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Sourcing Negotiations (RFQs/Auctions), Supplier Profile, Supplier Registration and Supplier Portal self-service;
• Implement approval rules using BPM Worklist (Business Process Management) as a replacement for Workflow Builder/AME from EBS, including dynamic hierarchies and delegation rules;
• Design integrations between Procurement Cloud and other Oracle Cloud modules (Payables, General Ledger, Inventory) and external systems via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs and Web Services;
• Configure a complete Supplier Portal: supplier onboarding, registration approval workflow, negotiation responses, catalog management and supplier profile management;
• Coordinate data migration (suppliers, items, POs, catalogs) using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and Import Management as replacements for SQL*Loader and EBS Open Interfaces;
• Prepare functional and technical documentation: Configuration Workbooks, Solution Design Documents, Test Plans and Training Materials following the Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology;
• Conduct unit, system integration (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring defect traceability within the Cloud testing framework;
• Provide post-go-live hypercare support, including management of Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support and monitoring quarterly updates (Release Updates — RUs);
• Perform gap analysis and propose solutions using App Composer, Page Composer and Sandboxes (declarative extensions) instead of code customizations;
• Train key users and end users, transferring knowledge on processes and the Redwood user interface.

Senior Consultant, Oracle Cloud Procurement – Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal

Consultant

• Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) implementations in Oracle Fusion Cloud, covering Order Management Cloud, Receivables Cloud and Billing Cloud
• Gather requirements from Finance, Billing, Sales and Logistics, mapping processes for order entry, fulfillment, billing, receipts and collections
• Configure and parameterize via Setup and Maintenance: Order Management (order orchestration, fulfillment lines, transformation rules), Receivables (transaction types, receipt methods, customer profiles, dunning, AutoLockbox) and Billing (billing plans, invoicing rules, billing schedules)
• Design Order Orchestration in the Cloud model, including fulfillment routing rules, transformation rules and integration with Pricing Cloud, Shipping (SCM Cloud) and Inventory Cloud
• Implement order approval rules via BPM Worklist, replacing EBS OM Workflow
• Develop integrations between OM/AR/Billing and external systems (payment gateways, carriers, legacy ERPs) via OIC, REST APIs and Web Services
• Configure receipt processes, application of receipts, AutoLockbox and reconciliation with Cash Management Cloud
• Design complex billing cycles (recurring billing, grouping/aggregation, billing plans) and ensure Brazilian tax compliance via integration with Oracle Brazil Localization Cloud or partner solutions (NF-e, CT-e, SPED)
• Coordinate data migration (customers, transactions, receipts, orders) via FBDI and Import Management
• Prepare complete documentation (Solution Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, Test Plans)
• Conduct SIT and UAT testing, including end-to-end O2C scenarios
• Provide post-go-live support with emphasis on stabilizing high-volume billing processes
• Manage quarterly updates (RUs) — impact analysis, regression testing and configuration adaptation
• Perform gap analysis and propose extensions via App Composer (custom fields, Groovy scripts) when standard functionality does not meet requirements

Senior Oracle Cloud Consultant – AR, Billing, OM

• Lead implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials covering Payables Cloud, General Ledger Cloud and Fixed Assets Cloud, including the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) financial cycle and Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Conduct requirements gathering with Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets teams, mapping payment, posting, period close and asset management processes
• Configure and parameterize via Setup and Maintenance: Payables (suppliers, payment terms, payment methods, invoice processing), General Ledger (chart of accounts, accounting calendar, currencies, ledger setups) and Fixed Assets (asset categories, depreciation methods, retirement, capitalization)
• Design accounting structures in the Cloud model: Chart of Accounts (COA), Chart of Accounts Value Set Rules, Legal Entity setups, Business Unit configurations and Data Role Security
• Implement Subledger Accounting (SLA) in Cloud — configure Application Accounting Definitions, Journal Line Rules, Account Derivation Rules and Supporting References
• Configure and optimize payment processes via Oracle Payments Cloud — Payment Process Request (PPR), electronic formats, bank integration and CNAB for Brazil
• Design month-end and quarter-end close cycles using Close Manager and Financial Consolidation and Close (advantage for multi-entity)
• Implement depreciation and asset management processes — capitalization, revaluation, depreciation, retirement, transfer, mass additions via AP → FA integration
• Develop integrations between AP/GL/FA and external systems (banking, expense management, legacy ERPs) via OIC, REST APIs and Web Services
• Coordinate data migration (suppliers, invoices, journal entries, asset books, opening balances) via FBDI and Import Management, ensuring accounting integrity
• Prepare complete functional and technical documentation following the Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology
• Lead SIT and UAT testing with focus on period close and reconciliation scenarios
• Provide post-go-live support, especially during critical period close cycles
• Manage quarterly updates (RUs) — impact analysis on accounting configurations, regression testing

• Project Management and Governance Support: Maintain records and documentation up to date, ensuring all information is correctly filed and accessible for future reference.
• Administrative Routines and Follow-up: Manage meeting scheduling (workshops, assessments), prepare detailed minutes, and perform continuous follow-up on pending actions with the team and vendors.
• Demand Governance (Tickets): Monitor ticket queues daily in management systems, ensuring correct priority classification and SLA compliance.
• Agile Rituals Support: Assist the Scrum Master in running ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective) and in updating the backlog.
• Metrics Management: Build and update performance dashboards and business metrics, such as lead time, resolution rate, and budget visibility.
