About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project Management and Governance Support: Maintain records and documentation up to date, ensuring all information is correctly filed and accessible for future reference.
- Administrative Routines and Follow-up: Manage meeting scheduling (workshops, assessments), prepare detailed minutes, and perform continuous follow-up on pending actions with the team and vendors.
- Demand Governance (Tickets): Monitor ticket queues daily in management systems, ensuring correct priority classification and SLA compliance.
- Agile Rituals Support: Assist the Scrum Master in running ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective) and in updating the backlog.
- Metrics Management: Build and update performance dashboards and business metrics, such as lead time, resolution rate, and budget visibility.
- Vendor Management: Assist in evaluating supplier and partner performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in administrative roles within IT.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Excel for metrics and KPI management.
- Preferred: Power BI.
- Project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Preferred: Azure DevOps.
- Languages: Advanced English (mandatory).
