Inside Sales

• Conduct high-volume outreach to providers, community partners, and potential referrers to generate qualified leads and convert interest into scheduled assessments.
• Through consistent follow-up, relationship building, and clear communication of clinical offerings, expand awareness of OCD Anxiety Centers and ensure virtual programs meet or exceed census goals.
• Identify and establish connections with new referrers.
• Educate referrers about services, patient suitability, industry-leading outcomes, and the referral process.
• Conduct virtual meetings with primary care providers, pediatricians, internists, OB/GYNs, psychiatrists, therapists, and other key referral sources.
• Follow up on referrals to ensure the process is smooth and support providers' workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all referral contacts and activities in Salesforce, emphasizing key information for marketing purposes.
• Meet with key decision-makers to establish partnerships, understand their needs, and address barriers to treatment.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for outreach activities and admissions, with clear action plans.
