• Support the Director of Asset Management by maintaining oversight of all market rate assets
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to execute intended business plan
• Monitor ongoing leasing progress and recommend changes
• Update and maintain valuations for all assets
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment sales brokers
• Facilitate successful closing on asset sales
• Conduct thorough monthly financial reviews for all portfolio assets
• Assist in preparation of annual operating and capital budgets
• Support NRP Group’s Investment Committee process
• Conduct periodic site visits and market tours

• Responsible for overall project planning, buyout scheduling, budget management, contract negotiations, subcontractor selection, and project accounting.
• Provides technical direction and ensures compliance with quality standards.
• Charting out the project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
• Bringing about optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials and equipment, and ensuring their procurement at most cost-effective terms.
• Implementation of various operations through proper coordination.
• Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants.

• Assist with overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and document control.
• Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards, project planning, cost management, time management, contract administration, code compliance and safety.
• Assist in charting out project objectives and plans, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources- labor, materials, and equipment, and ensuring procurement at most cost-effective terms.
• Assist in implementation of various operations through proper coordination.
• Assist in development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants.
