• Manage A/V elements for a wide range of events
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers to determine equipment specifications
• Draft room diagrams using CAD, Visio, or Vectorworks
• Coordinate design, construction, and installation of sets
• Confirm equipment and technical placements meet client needs
• Manage bid and contracting process with A/V vendors
• Manage A/V costs and seek out cost savings
• Report changes in pricing to Project Managers
• Interface with venue managers regarding A/V designs
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Create technical specification sheets based on project requirements
• Manage day-to-day needs for multiple ongoing projects
• Collect and review invoices from vendors
• Advance event details with performers
• Work on-site at events to oversee technical elements
