About the role

  • Work directly with the Head of Category Growth & Enterprise Partnerships
  • Help drive revenue, projects, and operational improvements
  • Monitor core KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, pipeline performance)
  • Identify performance gaps and growth opportunities
  • Improve reporting structure and dashboard clarity
  • Turn raw data into structured business insights
  • Own smaller initiatives end-to-end
  • Support strategic efforts tied to enterprise deals and category growth
  • Track timelines, surface blockers, and follow up with stakeholders
  • Map workflows and identify inefficiencies
  • Propose simplifications or automation
  • Analyze sales performance and pipeline dynamics

Requirements

  • Master’s student or final-year Bachelor’s
  • Background in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or similar
  • At least one relevant internship (startup, consulting, e-commerce, operations)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • High ownership mindset
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Fluent English
