About the role
- Support strong team culture and cohesion through facilitating BSO team meetings.
- Support planning, logistics, and execution of BSO virtual and in-person retreats.
- Support Senior Director through calendar management and expense reporting.
- Manage all contracts and invoices held within the BSO team.
- Support the administration and logistics of team onboarding and offboarding.
- Regularly take on ad-hoc projects in support of the BSO team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience coordinating administrative processes.
- Experience generating reports and interpreting data.
- Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Experience organizing time and managing multiple activities to meet deadlines.
- Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people.
