About the role
- Work with the Director of Development to enhance or institute training, documentation, and change management related to development operations systems and practices.
- Manage, track, and report on core development data (including donor, gift, and portfolio information).
- Perform independent analysis to inform decision-making; provide actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen fundraising effectiveness.
- Own and manage core development operations functions, including revenue management, prospect and portfolio systems, and reporting and analytics.
- Act independently within broad program goals to prioritize work and identify and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data.
- Experience working across departments.
- Experience with current technology in relevant field.
- Experience, coursework, or other training in principles and practices of relevant field.
