About the role
- The Apprentice will support a variety of low-complexity administrative and operational tasks related to the department or project to which they are assigned.
- The Apprentice will be guided and supervised by the manager of the department or project regarding both the execution of tasks and their learning and development.
- Depending on the area or project, the Apprentice may support monitoring certain indicators and work on the organization and maintenance of environmental data and restoration project information in TNC Brazil’s management platforms, as well as preparing analyses, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Gradually, and prioritizing their learning, the Apprentice will be coached by their manager (or tutor) on the development of their responsibilities.
Requirements
- High school completed or in progress, age between 14 and 24 years old (except persons with disabilities, for whom there is no age limit).
- Not currently enrolled in a university degree program.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, responsible, and initiative-taking, with willingness to learn and support basic administrative tasks.
- Availability to attend in-person team, department, or project meetings.
