About the role
- Responsible for managing the direct relationship with 25+ key accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships with key chapter-level stakeholders.
- Conduct routine meetings with chapter leaders to mentor, guide and assist them (and in some cases, run) NSLS programming
- Resolve chapter issues and concerns through high-touch support
- Conduct programmatic training
- Assess chapter and institutional needs and identify strategies to address those needs
- Achieve set revenue goals and metrics as established by the company for each key account
- Identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations for new initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define approaches and goals to grow strategic accounts and to ensure the successful execution of those goals
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on account performance and progress towards strategic goals
- Ensure that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds client expectations
- Manage research and analysis to understand the client’s business, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on industry trends and best practices
- Travel as needed to manage assigned portfolio
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years account management/sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans for accounts exceeding 3MM preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Reside in the continental United States
