AI Engineer

• Define architecture patterns and technical standards for AI-enabled applications, copilots, intelligent workflows, automation agents, enterprise knowledge solutions, and reusable AI components
• Translate business and technology use cases into scalable solution architectures covering application design, data flows, integrations, model usage, security, and operations
• Shape platform architecture, technical roadmaps, reference implementations, and engineering playbooks

Data Engineer

• The Data Engineer will support the design, development, and implementation of analytical data processes that enable actuarial pricing, reserving, and claims analytics across a Property & Casualty insurance business.
• This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, models, and tools under established architectural patterns and standards.
• The Data Engineer will partner with actuarial, data science, and finance teams to deliver reliable and well-structured data solutions that support analytical workflows and business insights.
• Develop and maintain analytical pipelines and tools that support actuarial analysis.
• Build and enhance data models that provide consistent, structured access to actuarial data.
• Support the development of applications and tools used in pricing, reserving, and claims analytics.
• Support the adoption of best practices for end-to-end analytical data process flow.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data workflows by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.

Actuarial Data Engineer

Risk

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous maturity of The Mutual Group's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy, framework, and operating model
• Establish and maintain enterprise risk governance, including risk taxonomy, assessment methodologies, risk registers, and enterprise risk reporting
• Lead the development and ongoing review of enterprise risk appetite statements and risk tolerance thresholds aligned with corporate strategy, business objectives, and Member commitments
• Ensure enterprise risk considerations are integrated into strategic planning, acquisitions, technology investments, new business initiatives, and significant organizational change
• Partner with business leaders to identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, technology, cybersecurity, third-party, reputational, and emerging risks
• Develop and maintain enterprise Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful insights into enterprise risk exposure, trends, and program effectiveness
