• Lead the annual Member financial planning process, including production, expense, loss, cash and balance sheet planning, as well as quarterly reforecasts.
• Ensure financial plans appropriately balance operational investment, expense discipline, and Member value.
• Oversee the preparation of Member-related financial reporting and analysis, including expense allocations, by-line financials, and drivers of Member earnings.

• The Vice President, Corporate Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all accounting, reporting and finance operations for The Mutual Group (TMG) and our Member institutions operating in the mutual insurance company industry.
• This role oversees enterprise controllership functions, including GAAP and Statutory accounting, treasury operations, reinsurance accounting and administration, tax reporting and compliance, and SOX/SOC control environments.
• Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Accounting & FP&A, the VP, Corporate Controller plays a critical role in supporting scalable growth, strengthening financial controls, and meeting the reporting requirements of regulators, auditors, Member institutions, TMG executive leadership, Bain Capital and the Board.

• The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling analytical data processes that power actuarial pricing, reserving, and claims analytics across a Property & Casualty insurance business.
• In addition to hands on engineering, this role will lead the establishment of best practices for analytical process flow, helping define how data moves from raw inputs to trusted insights and identifying where AI-enabled capabilities can support automation in a responsible and scalable way.
• Actuarial Tool Development: Design and develop internal tools and frameworks that streamline actuarial workflows and data preparation.

• The Reinsurance Accountant is responsible for reinsurance accounting, reporting, and analysis for The Mutual Group and its Member institutions
• Ability to determine the appropriate level of premiums, losses and commissions to be assumed and ceded each month under the Company's reinsurance contracts and prepare appropriate journal entries for such transactions
• Responsible for the preparation of reinsurance-related statutory quarterly and annual statements schedules along with supplemental filings (Schedule F, Reinsurance Attestation)
