About the role
- serve as the operational leader for the department
- own day-to-day operations for the department
- translate strategic objectives into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable results
- develop and manage annual budgets and headcount planning
- oversee and continuously improve core operational processes
- conduct regular performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning
- partner with executive leadership to translate company strategy into operational initiatives
Requirements
- prior consulting leadership experience
- eight plus years of experience as a System Operator or Dispatcher for electric transmission and/or distribution
- demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills on professional services projects
- proficiency in ABB, OSI, GE, or Schneider Electric systems and tools
