💰 $130,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Oversees a team of regional Consulting Operations resources: Senior Consultants, Lead Consultants, Consultants, and Analysts
- Gathers performance feedback and provides coaching with a focus on areas of growth
- Conducts performance review and feedback sessions with direct reports
- Collaborates with other Managers to implement new ideas and best practices
- Consults with clients to determine root issues and gaps in employee performance and current business processes
- Facilitates workshops or interviews with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to generate business cases
- Attains annual billable hours and fulfills various project roles
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Communications, English, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Intermediate experience in training, consulting, or managing training
- Experience in a project leadership role, including Project Manager, Workstream Lead, or other role requiring leadership of a team
- Demonstrated mastery of one or more of the following areas: Consulting, QA, Training and Delivery, Curriculum Development
- Demonstrated ability to conduct sensitive and/or difficult conversations around performance with team members
- Solid understanding of and experience within the energy and utility sector or enterprise software implementation
- Advanced knowledge of training design, development, and delivery
