About the role

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other key platforms
  • Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Track and report on KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and SA360
  • Partner with internal teams, clients, and external partners to align paid search efforts with broader marketing and business goals
  • Stay current with paid search trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and relevant regulations

Requirements

  • Experience managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Knowledge of keyword planning, audience targeting and campaign management
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and SA360
  • A track record of managing budgets effectively and meeting campaign goals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with clients or partners
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying informed about changes in the digital advertising landscape
  • An understanding of relevant industry regulations and advertising standards (e.g., PAGB) is beneficial but not essential
