About the role
- The selected individual will be responsible to:
- - Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling
- - Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play
- - Escalate cases to as required from in accordance with internal procedures
- - Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care
- - Supporting responsible gaming operations across multiple jurisdictions by applying market-specific requirements as documented.
- - Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making
- - Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing RG procedures by providing structured feedback and documented suggestions.
- - Maintaining accurate case records and documentation to ensure consistency, audit-ability, and knowledge sharing
- - Collaborate with other departments around player behaviour.
Requirements
- You'll be a great fit if you have:
- - 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- - Solid knowledge of responsible gaming principles and duty-of-care obligations
- - Familiarity with the MGA and Estonian frameworks
- - A passion for RG, with an understanding and empathetic nature
- - Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
- - Meticulous attention to detail
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Finnish are considered a significant advantage
