About the role

  • The selected individual will be responsible to:
  • - Interpret and analyse data sets from customer accounts, deciphering key patterns and trends that may indicate problem gambling
  • - Review customers on a daily basis, specifically to spot any concerning activities related to their game play
  • - Escalate cases to as required from in accordance with internal procedures
  • - Identify and escalate suspicious patterns, transactions and the information obtained as a part of the duty of care
  • - Supporting responsible gaming operations across multiple jurisdictions by applying market-specific requirements as documented.
  • - Keep up to speed with regulatory requirements and process changes that will affect customers to ensure exemplary decision making
  • - Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing RG procedures by providing structured feedback and documented suggestions.
  • - Maintaining accurate case records and documentation to ensure consistency, audit-ability, and knowledge sharing
  • - Collaborate with other departments around player behaviour.

Requirements

  • You'll be a great fit if you have:
  • - 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • - Solid knowledge of responsible gaming principles and duty-of-care obligations
  • - Familiarity with the MGA and Estonian frameworks
  • - A passion for RG, with an understanding and empathetic nature
  • - Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal problem-solving skills
  • - Meticulous attention to detail
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Finnish are considered a significant advantage
