About the role

  • Source, select and purchase wines for the hotel's cellar
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and winemakers
  • Ensure all wines are stored and served according to standards

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of oenology and experience in prestigious hotel establishments
  • Attention to detail and team spirit
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Fluent in French
  • Very good level of English
  • Proficiency in a third language is a plus
