About the role
- Source, select and purchase wines for the hotel's cellar
- Foster relationships with suppliers and winemakers
- Ensure all wines are stored and served according to standards
- Support management in wine sales
- Create and update wine lists
- Lead the team when organizing wine-related events
- Train Food & Beverage teams on basic wine knowledge
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of oenology and experience in prestigious hotel establishments
- Attention to detail and team spirit
- Strong customer relations skills
- Fluent in French
- Very good level of English
- Proficiency in a third language is a plus
