About the role

  • Be the right arm and inventive partner to the B&J Europe/ANZ Director and to the COO for Ben and Jerry’s (for METSA and SEA), channeling both financial savvy and heart.
  • Represent B&J in regional finance forums, ensuring alignment between local strategy and global Ben & Jerry’s financial priorities.
  • Enhance financial dashboards and reporting – SAP & Power BI- ensuring data consistency, accessibility, and insight‑rich storytelling that drives decision making.
  • Business case development and P&L management for new social impact ventures and go-to-market initiatives, collaborating across functions to drive growth for the business.
  • Take the lead in regional expansion projects, always looking for the next area where our business and our mission can make positive change.
  • Identify and melt away financial risks, keeping controls tight but possibilities open, in line with our Global Financial Controls Framework.
  • Champion continuous improvement, digitalization, and bold, values-led finance processes across regions.

Requirements

  • Strong track record, 8+ years, of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles within multinational environments. Ideally with ice cream expertise, extra brownie points for supply chain chops.
  • Strong background in financial modelling, forecasting, investment analysis, scenario planning, and performance management.
  • Hands-on go-getter: strategic but never afraid to roll up sleeves and dig into operational challenges.
  • Passion for values-led business, you get the numbers, but also why we stand up for causes that matter.
  • Deep technical proficiency in finance systems (SAP, ERP, Power BI, advanced Excel).
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills across cultures, English fluency required, bonuses for additional regional languages.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for transforming data into stories, insights, and impact.
