General Counsel

• Serve as the Company's senior legal executive and strategic advisor
• Lead all legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, risk management, litigation, and transactional matters
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance
• Oversee the Legal Department and manage outside counsel
• Advise on legal, regulatory, operational, financial, reputational, and compliance risks
• Structure transactions to manage risk while supporting business growth initiatives
• Lead enterprise legal risk assessments and mitigation initiatives
• Oversee internal legal staff responsible for litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution
• Provide strategic guidance on employment-related issues

Account Manager

• Works closely with the assigned Account Executive to provide service support to assigned clients
• Cultivate strong relationships by understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively addressing concerns
• Collaborate with the Account Executive and Producer(s) to ensure all benefit-related tasks are completed
• Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements
• Work closely with clients to ensure ERISA compliance responsibilities are met timely and with accuracy
• Facilitate broker compliance tasks while indemnifying company risk
• Investigate and resolve complex benefit-related inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding industry updates, policy changes, benefits education, and other relevant information
• Maintain detailed and accurate records using our internal agency management system, shared file system, and other applicable software applications
• Create employee benefit guides, presentations, and other key documents that are client and employee facing
• Learn and maintain benefit administration platforms as needed
• Acknowledge and respond to all client requests timely and professionally

Employee Benefits Account Manager

• provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel in a professional and positive manner
• handle all tasks associated with obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing existing accounts in accordance with all agency procedures and carrier guidelines
• support company growth by working with producers, management, and other personnel on special projects or duties as directed
• prepare company submissions for new/renewal business, market as appropriate, and prepare proposals
• prepare all change requests and review audits and policies for accuracy
• setup and prepare new account files in Epic per agency procedures
• invoice all agency bill transactions within 48 hours and collect premiums accordingly
• notify producer of any unpaid audits in a timely manner and request appropriate actions be made according to carrier audit guidelines and timeframe
• review all renewals with the producer at least 120 days prior to expiration to determine marketing strategies
• prepare and process cancellations when required and follow up on notices of cancellations per agency procedures
• respond to all carrier memos and process any necessary updates
• prepare and process client requests, including ID cards, evidence of property, certificates of insurance, and binders
• review policies and related documents for accuracy and deliver policies to insureds as needed
• work with producers to evaluate exposure, negotiate and interpret coverage, review with clients as needed
• evaluate and recommend additional coverage based on client needs
• quote/propose as appropriate
• keep producers fully informed of all important activities on their accounts
• review monthly reports- Aged Receivable, renewal/expirations, and Suspense reports in a timely manner

Commercial Lines Account Manager

• provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, producers, and company personnel
• handle all tasks associated with obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing existing accounts
• process applications, policy changes, and account reviews
• up-sell existing policies and cross-sell new policies
• support company growth by working with producers, management, and other personnel
