About the role

  • Prospect, engage with, and onboard new potential VIP level players.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new potential VIPs through digital and in-person networking.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective execution of department initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value prospects, showcasing the company's value proposition and tailored solutions.
  • Assist in establishing new, creative acquisition initiatives.
  • Mentor and help train less-senior members of the team.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to New Jersey.
  • 3-5 years of exceeding quotas in a “closer” role.
  • Experience within the gaming, sports, and entertainment industries strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to pivot on demand and have creative problem-solving skills in unique situations.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to catch prospects' attention with cold outreach.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and VIP objectives strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate.
  • Existing relationships with potential VIP clients is a plus.
  • Someone who is excited about building a team from the ground-up.
