About the role

  • Overseeing daily cash management operations
  • Managing liquidity and investments
  • Ensuring compliance and internal controls
  • Implementing systems and managing bank account opening process
  • Supporting the company's financial strategy
  • Preparing and overseeing Daily payment processing
  • Preparing and overseeing Daily Cash Position and Daily Cash Flow Forecast
  • Analyzing monthly bank fee reporting
  • Analyzing monthly payment processor fees
  • Managing bank accounts and all treasury portals
  • Preparing and submitting state attestation reports
  • Developing and enforcing treasury policies, internal controls and procedures as needed
  • Responding to ad hoc analysis projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as compliance, operations, legal, accounting, etc.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting is required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in treasury/finance.
  • Background with a gaming, digital, or e-commerce company preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and technical skills in finance
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships across teams and various levels in the organization, including management, colleagues, and auditors.
  • Ability to provide leadership, training, and mentoring to staff members, while balancing multiple projects at any given time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High proficiency with Excel.
