About the role

  • Partner with hiring managers/leaders to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy
  • Review the job description carefully to have complete clarity and understanding of the need/expectation
  • Create and manage job postings on different platforms
  • Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of various positions
  • Work with the recruitment team to source, screen, and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media, day-to-day activities, etc., and provide a quality experience for the candidate in the end-to-end hiring process
  • Research and develop creative sourcing strategies to seek out and engage passive talent
  • Conducting video interviews and negotiating rates

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
  • A higher priority will be given to those candidates with experience in the Linguistics Industry
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive
  • Native or bilingual in English
  • Ability to engage with candidates professionally through phone or video calls
  • Candidate screening skills
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
