About the role
- Partner with hiring managers/leaders to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy
- Review the job description carefully to have complete clarity and understanding of the need/expectation
- Create and manage job postings on different platforms
- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of various positions
- Work with the recruitment team to source, screen, and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media, day-to-day activities, etc., and provide a quality experience for the candidate in the end-to-end hiring process
- Research and develop creative sourcing strategies to seek out and engage passive talent
- Conducting video interviews and negotiating rates
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- A higher priority will be given to those candidates with experience in the Linguistics Industry
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive
- Native or bilingual in English
- Ability to engage with candidates professionally through phone or video calls
- Candidate screening skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
