Customer Success Manager

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally (emails, calls, forms, live chat)
• Qualify requests by gathering all required information (service type, language, duration, deadlines, etc.)
• Provide initial cost estimates and explain service policies and conditions to set clear client expectations
• Work with the Production team to confirm final pricing and ensure a seamless project handoff
• Track all interactions and updates in the CRM system
• Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and projects move forward
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate
• Share feedback on client interactions to help improve the inbound process and conversion rates
• Answer the Main Sales Line in coordination with other representatives
• Assign and create deals in HubSpot for new OTR leads
• Redirect complex client requests to the Sales Manager when necessary
• Execute quarterly upselling and cross-selling campaigns via email and phone

• Develop and execute a targeted federal sales plan centered on GSA Schedule SIN 541930 (Language Services) and closely related service areas
• Identify priority agencies based on spending behavior, past procurement patterns, and TLD’s competitive strengths
• Monitor SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, agency forecasts, and procurement portals daily to identify qualified, winnable opportunities
• Conduct go/no-go reviews using practical criteria: scope alignment, competition assessment, agency budgets, schedule fit, schedule rates, and delivery feasibility
• Engage contracting officers, small business specialists, and program managers across DHS, DOJ, DoD, State, VA, USDA, HHS, and other high-value agencies
• Support proposal and quote development by advising on win themes, differentiators, price positioning, and client messaging
• Coach internal team members on GSA sales fundamentals and best practices.

• Assess the current state of 3 live WordPress sites, eliminate security risks, and establish a clean, hardened, and well-documented baseline.
• Conduct full security audit (plugins, themes, users, APIs, hosting, Cloudflare)
• Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and access risks
• Remove malware, backdoors, or suspicious code (if present)
• Secure admin access (least privilege, MFA where applicable)
• Harden WordPress (core, database, file system, endpoints)
• Configure Cloudflare (WAF, SSL/TLS, DNS protections)
• Validate or implement secure Stripe integration (tokenized, no card storage)
• Establish: Backup and restore process
• Update/patching approach
• Basic monitoring/logging
• Deliverables Written Security Audit Report (findings + severity)
• Summary of issues remediated vs. remaining risks
• Hardened and secured live environment
• Clear documentation of setup and recommendations
