About the role
- Draft and negotiate various agreements including SaaS, licensing, partnership, and vendor contracts
- Provide guidance to product and engineering teams on data usage, platform features, and regulatory considerations
- Support advertising compliance and intellectual property matters
- Assist in building legal processes and infrastructure which include developing templates, playbooks, and systems to manage risk
Requirements
- Experience in technology companies
- Strength in commercial contracting and product counseling
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Working cross-functionally
- Supporting teams in innovation responsibly while maintaining sound legal judgment
