About the role
- Manage and evolve Curri’s commercial contracting processes
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and People teams
- Research and analyze legal and regulatory issues
- Design and implement compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Manage outside counsel and support strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Strong commercial contracting experience
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Collaborative approach to problem solving
