Act as a central hub for all project-related tasks, providing timely reminders and following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, including all-hands gatherings and key project check-ins; prepare agendas, capture key decisions, and track action items.
Assist in the coordination of large-scale initiatives, ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders; help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Maintain a culture of accountability by ensuring all project-related documentation is complete, organized, and easily accessible.
Provide high-level administrative support to the CTO, including calendar management and other executive support functions.
Requirements
Proven experience in a project coordination, administrative, or similar support role.
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Proficiency with calendar management platforms (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a knack for anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
Candidates must be located in EST or CST time zones.
Workforce is fully remote but limited to the following U.S. states: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin.
