Monitor and review banking activity throughout the month; prepare and distribute communications to stakeholders regarding open items
Reconcile bank accounts monthly and resolve any reconciling items in a timely manner
Coordinate with GCC Cash team to investigate, advise and clear open receipts and payments
Perform accounting and reporting tasks to support the month-end close: entering transactions, preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accruals within Blackline, and assisting with analytical reviews of consolidated results
Support internal and external audits including performing internal controls, SOX testing, and respond to auditor inquiries
Identify process gaps and lead process-improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus
3+ years’ experience in corporate and/or public accounting
Proficient in SAP and Blackline (or similar ERP tool)
Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and conflict management skills
