Analyze overall business health performance, acquire a deep understanding of business performance and correlations, and provide detailed performance insights to cross-functional teams to drive the business
Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning
Help with process improvement to ensure manual reporting and monitoring are being actioned and driving performance in market
Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce analytics
Creating appropriate documentation and training that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary
Collaborating with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommended system modifications and development policies for data governance

Requirements

3+ years proven experience in Data Science, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field
Consumer packaged goods experience is preferred
Advanced in Excel and ability to develop complex reporting using multiple datasets
Technical proficiency in SQL, R, Python preferred
Ability to tell a story, leveraging data and insights
Ability to think strategically about the information that will help stakeholders make data-driven business decisions
