About the role
- Manage end-to-end AP processes for the global Talent organization
- Maintain the Learning and Capability team’s KPIs and analyze trends
- Own forecasting for team spend and maintain rolling forecasts
- Identify and lead operational process improvements, standardization efforts, and automation opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, accounts payable, procurement support, or learning operations
- Strong analytical skills and experience building reports/dashboards (Excel required; experience with BI tools preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to recommend and implement process improvements
