• Building and leading The Korte Company’s enterprise risk management function
• Overseeing insurance programs, contract risk, claims management, subcontractor prequalification, and compliance across all company operations
• Reporting directly to the CFO and providing regular updates on risk program performance, claims activity, and emerging exposures
• Developing and implementing companywide risk management policies, procedures, and best practices
• Leading insurance claim management efforts including workers’ compensation, general liability, builder’s risk, professional and subcontractor claims
• Coordinating subcontractor prequalification and risk evaluation processes
• Analyzing project schedules, budgets, and delivery methods to identify areas of exposure

Risk Manager

Technician

• Prepare Revit 3D building models from project architect's sketches
• Develop construction documents from Revit model
• Prepare presentation drawings for design proposals
• Coordinate building system models from consultants

BIM Technician

Project Manager

• Maintain open contact with owners, customers, designers, subcontractors and internal team members.
• Manage the flow of information to project participants.
• Collaborate with the owner, designers, preconstruction services and other team members to ensure the project design and construction achieves the desired outcome for all parties involved.
• Read and interpret specifications and plans to determine requirements and planning procedures.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
• Partner with Supervisor to budget, manage and forecast subcontractor labor, equipment, materials, small tools, consumables and general conditions.
• Monitor and control project through administrative direction of Supervisor to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest while maintaining good relationship with the customer.
• Complete all reports and records in an accurate and timely manner.
