About the role

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the national team of 5 to 7 sales representatives
  • Manage team productivity and KPIs to ensure that input metrics deliver the correct revenue outputs
  • Manage a team of "hunters" focused on new client acquisition
  • Support and develop team members through active listening, empathy, performance monitoring, and two-way feedback
  • Mentor those on the team through shadowing and role-playing, providing tailored feedback and development plans
  • Use data insights to identify issues and propose team-focused solutions
  • Ensure the team executes a high-quality consultative sales process
  • Travel at least 2 weeks per month to meet clients, team, and for regular meetings

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a manager is required
  • At least 5 years of experience as a salesperson
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
  • Ability to participate effectively in meetings conducted in English
  • Strong results-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic vision
  • Excellent communication, empathy, active listening, and feedback delivery skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive improvements
  • B2B, SaaS, and SMB specific sales experience preferred
  • Should be based in a major city: Madrid, Barcelona, or Seville
