About the role
- Be responsible for the day-to-day line management of the national team of 5 to 7 sales representatives
- Manage team productivity and KPIs to ensure that input metrics deliver the correct revenue outputs
- Manage a team of "hunters" focused on new client acquisition
- Support and develop team members through active listening, empathy, performance monitoring, and two-way feedback
- Mentor those on the team through shadowing and role-playing, providing tailored feedback and development plans
- Use data insights to identify issues and propose team-focused solutions
- Ensure the team executes a high-quality consultative sales process
- Travel at least 2 weeks per month to meet clients, team, and for regular meetings
Requirements
- Previous experience as a manager is required
- At least 5 years of experience as a salesperson
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
- Ability to participate effectively in meetings conducted in English
- Strong results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to lead with strategic vision
- Excellent communication, empathy, active listening, and feedback delivery skills
- Ability to analyze data and drive improvements
- B2B, SaaS, and SMB specific sales experience preferred
- Should be based in a major city: Madrid, Barcelona, or Seville
