- Support students throughout their learning journey
- Foster and energize the student community
- Manage WhatsApp groups and other community spaces
- Assist students with their questions and needs
- Plan and run community initiatives and events
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the student experience
- Monitor the student journey in Pipedrive
Requirements
- Experience managing the student experience
- Ability to activate and engage a community
- Skill in managing WhatsApp groups and other community channels
- Aptitude for supporting students with questions, needs, and blockers
- Ability to plan and run community initiatives and events
- Capacity to identify opportunities to improve the student journey and experience
- Experience with student management platforms (Notion, Pipedrive, Google Meet, etc.)
