About the role
- As Booking Manager you are responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing the project’s booking strategy, with the goal of maximizing conversion of leads into prospective students.
- Regularly create, develop and inspire a high-performance team, ensuring that all processes are followed consistently and that prospective students receive excellent service.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop the project’s overall strategy and to optimize the leadership and team management methodology.

- Design, implement and optimize booking journeys in Pipedrive
- Ensure high-quality adherence to booking processes, scripts and journeys across the team
- Ensure team leaders adhere to the leadership and management methodology
- Coordinate and support team leaders, the Assistant Booking Manager and the Booking Operations Lead in day-to-day activities
- Update booking job descriptions whenever changes occur
- Collect improvement suggestions from team leaders for processes, scripts and booking journeys, as well as for the team’s leadership and management methodology
- Work with the Assistant Booking Manager to design and implement the recruitment, onboarding, training and talent development plan for the booking and sales team
- Work with the Booking Operations Lead to design and implement the coordination plan for bookings and show-ups
- Coordinate with the Power BI Consultant on the design of dashboards for operational and financial KPI analysis related to the booking teams
- Work with the Digital Manager to implement and optimize software and automations related to the booking process
- Work with the Marketing team to optimize lead acquisition, nurturing, booking and show-up of qualified leads
