About the role
- Support students throughout their journey, ensuring a close, positive and consistent experience
- Foster and activate the student community across contact channels, with a focus on the online environment
- Manage WhatsApp groups and other community spaces
- Support students with their questions, needs and roadblocks
- Conduct regular follow-ups to reinforce rapport, engagement and continuity of support
- Plan and run community initiatives and events, both online and in-person
- Identify opportunities to improve the student journey and experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an integrated experience
- Record relevant information and ensure continuity of student support
- Contribute ideas to enhance the experience, engagement and community dynamics
