About the role

  • Support students throughout their journey, ensuring a close, positive and consistent experience
  • Foster and activate the student community across contact channels, with a focus on the online environment
  • Manage WhatsApp groups and other community spaces
  • Support students with their questions, needs and roadblocks
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to reinforce rapport, engagement and continuity of support
  • Plan and run community initiatives and events, both online and in-person
  • Identify opportunities to improve the student journey and experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an integrated experience
  • Record relevant information and ensure continuity of student support
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the experience, engagement and community dynamics
