About the role
- Own and evolve CRS’s marketing strategy beyond PPC into content, product marketing, industry presence, and brand leadership
- Drive pipeline growth and improve pipeline mix, with a focus on increasing average deal size
- Build and lead product marketing: positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and GTM for new products
- Strengthen land-and-expand motions, including customer marketing across ~600 accounts
- Elevate CRS’s industry credibility through speaking, panels, trade shows, partnerships, and thought leadership
- Maintain performance marketing discipline while investing in higher-leverage growth channels
- Track and improve brand and growth KPIs (pipeline, deal size, branded search, engagement)
- Operate as a hands-on leader initially, with a path to build and scale the marketing function
Requirements
- Experience marketing complex B2B data or API-driven products (ideally usage-based models)
- Strong product marketing + content leadership background (not pure demand gen)
- Proven pipeline impact with measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate technical products into clear, compelling business value
- Comfortable as a player/coach in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
- Analytical and ROI-driven; understands attribution and growth metrics
- High ownership, high intensity, strong executive presence
