Communications

• Develop written content across campaigns, publications, digital channels, stewardship, fundraising, executive communications, and organizational initiatives
• Interview staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners to identify and develop compelling stories
• Translate organizational priorities into clear, engaging, audience-centered messaging
• Produce speeches, articles, impact stories, web content, email copy, reports, and other written communications
• Manage the editorial calendar in partnership with Communications leadership
• Maintain editorial standards for voice, tone, accuracy, and consistency
• Identify proactive storytelling opportunities that advance organizational priorities
• Maintain and expand Federation's story library
• Partner with Communications, Development, Foundation, Impact, and program teams to develop content supporting organizational goals
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, and Public Relations to ensure content is effectively delivered across channels
• Support executive communications and organizational messaging as needed
