About the role

  • Develop, lead, and drive all aspects of the firm's marketing and business development operations.
  • Create a cohesive, short-term and long-term marketing strategy.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience in selecting and managing a broad range of vendors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding influencing skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of an organization’s technology stack.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively and link marketing efforts to revenue generation.
