About the role
- Develop, lead, and drive all aspects of the firm's marketing and business development operations.
- Create a cohesive, short-term and long-term marketing strategy.
- Partner with C-suite executives on vendor selection and performance measurement.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand image and voice across communication channels.
- Oversee the firm's digital presence and traditional marketing efforts.
- Develop internal analytics and dashboards for actionable initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in mid-level to senior marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in selecting and managing a broad range of vendors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Advanced understanding of an organization’s technology stack.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively and link marketing efforts to revenue generation.
