💰 $95,300 - $143,000 per year
About the role
- Develop and lead direct reports and engage in performance enablement processes of direct reports
- Collaborate with the Service Team leaders and Accounting Operations staff for high-quality customer service
- Ensure financial functions comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Manage audit processes and prepare financial audits
- Review grant agreements for accurate revenue recognition
- Approve cash disbursements for project caseload and monitor cash flow
- Organize and supervise annual project audits
Requirements
- 6 years of progressive or direct experience and a relevant bachelor's degree, or 8 years of relevant professional experience
- 2 years of experience must be in supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity
- Non-profit accounting and government grant management experience required
- CPA strongly preferred
- Fiscally Sponsored Project accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar enterprise-wide accounting system
