• Lead the strategic development and execution of Tides’ marketing actions
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to amplify narrative change

Executive Assistant

• Provide sophisticated calendar management, ensuring key deadlines and action items are flagged and met
• Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagement
• Act as liaison between staff, external stakeholders, and executive leaders to relay important information and escalate issues
• Draft communications on behalf of executives (memos, emails, meeting agendas)
• Take meeting notes as requested
• Manage all travel logistics for executives
• Process vendor invoices for payment and coordinate expense reports and reconciliation

Accounting Manager

• Day-to-day supervision and operations of Senior Accountant and Accountant performance management and staffing.
• Coach Senior Accountants to deploy and complete activities guided by compliance requirements and senior advisors.
• Utilize escalation protocols to resolve issues and collaborate with Managing Advisor to ensure service delivery standards.
• Build and sustain cross-functional relationships and embody Tides JEDI beliefs and core values.
• Onboard new partners and transition partners to service delivery teams; engage with partners for enhanced scopes of work.
• Staff Management and Team Leadership responsibilities including developing team goals, collaborating with service team leaders, ensuring GAAP compliance, managing audit processes, reviewing grant agreements and revenue recognition, implementing accounting procedures, maintaining NetSuite financial system integrity, reviewing and approving journal entries and complex financial statements, coaching Sr. Accountants, and managing project monthly closes and reconciliations.
• Management of Fiscally Sponsored Projects Caseload responsibilities including approving cash disbursements, monitoring project cash flow, summarizing and forecasting project revenues/expenses/cash flows, reviewing financial transactions, annual audit and tax reporting responsibilities, leading projects and reviewing funder reporting and organizing annual project audits.

Security Engineer

• Report to the Senior Director, Information Technology and own/deliver the “Six P’s” (processes, people, portfolio, policy & architecture, performance management, projects)
• Establish governance and provide regular reporting on the cybersecurity program to enterprise risk teams and senior leaders
• Work with vendor management and procurement to include cybersecurity requirements in vendor contracts
• Direct creation of targeted cybersecurity awareness training programs and establish metrics to measure effectiveness
• Advise on the organization’s cyber risk posture and mandatory controls
• Lead the cybersecurity function across the company and determine operating model aligned with risk management
• Manage an effective cybersecurity organization (one direct report) and third-party relationships
• Develop a cybersecurity vision and strategic comprehensive program ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
• Facilitate cybersecurity risk assessment and risk management with business units
• Enhance security posture by adopting frameworks (ITIL, COBIT/Risk IT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
• Develop and own cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines; oversee approval and publication
