About the role
- Work with vertical owners and their team members to map out and create RPA processes
- Coordinate with the business and the RPA team to identify and provide support for solution designs for production issues and enhancements
- Understand the business needs and convert them into automated process
- Design automated process solutions in accordance with the standard RPA design principles and conventions
- Create and maintain solution documentation
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automated processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
Requirements
- University Degree (AEI or ex-TEI)
- General knowledge of RPA concepts, RPA tools and design techniques
- Technical Background
- Ability to work as a team member
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Ability to analyze and understand business problems
- Ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be
- Passion for cutting edge technologies such as RPA and AI
- Previous experience with RPA tools, e.g., MS Power Automate, UiPath will be considered a plus
- Experience in Web Programming, SQL etc. will be considered a plus
