About the role

  • Provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across a portfolio of related initiatives.
  • Ensure initiatives operate as an integrated program - managing interdependencies, sequencing delivery, aligning stakeholders.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business units, and technology teams to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
  • Establish governance structures, performance reporting, and prioritization frameworks to ensure initiatives deliver intended outcomes.
  • Develop and manage program financials and track benefit realization and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in project and program management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-project or enterprise initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience building governance frameworks and operating models.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and balance competing organizational priorities.
  • Expertise in risk management, change management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise systems.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
