Community Manager

• support the growth and engagement of our member community in the United States and Canada
• work with our members and other ImPact team members to inspire, support, and co-create action
• develop a vision and strategy for The ImPact’s community growth, support, and engagement with the surrounding impact ecosystem
• design and deliver individual support and collaborative experiences for the members in their region
• be responsible and accountable for the setting and accomplishment of membership growth and engagement targets
• develop a customized plan of membership for each individual member
