• Inspire change for animals by cultivating an inclusive community of engaged supporters across THL’s social media platforms.
• Engage with THL’s supporters through comments and direct messages.
• Build relationships with potential partners, such as sanctuaries and other animal protection organizations.
• Manage community interactions and contribute to light content creation tasks as needed.
• Shape THL’s content and social media strategy by drawing insights from community engagement data.
• Establish and maintain documentation of standards for community engagement and moderation across all social media platforms.
• Proactively explore the online space and seek out opportunities for THL to join conversations outside of our active social media platforms.
