About the role
- Drive Services sales growth by cultivating and sustaining a strategic partnership with Service Providers.
- Oversee the lifecycle of Service Providers, including sourcing, onboarding, and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and service standards through partnership reviews.
- Conduct regular check-ins with Service Providers to assess performance and compliance.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development for Service Providers on operational standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Knowledge or experience in the retail store environment, home improvement industry or general construction industry
- Experience in residential remodel project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
