About the role
- Provide excellent customer service via Application Support for Workday Modules
- Partner with business stakeholders to document business requirements
- Implement/configure in HR system
- Daily and weekly payroll processing
- Review and process daily error reports
- Ensure reported incidents are tracked and documented
- Troubleshoots and provides root-cause analysis
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 - 5 years HRIS experience required
- Working knowledge of Workday preferred
